Jakarta, 17 May 2024 - In order to facilitate the process of making and renewing passports for employees and their families, HR Formalities PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) in collaboration with the Class I Immigration Office of Central Jakarta held an Eazy Passport event. This event was held at PTFI's office, Plaza 89, Jakarta, on Thursday,  May 16,  2024 involving  175 applicants consisting of employees and employees' families.

"Eazy Passport is designed to provide an efficient and convenient process for applicants. As part of the preparation, employees are required to send copies of required documents three days before the event, ensuring verification and processing of documents can take place smoothly on the day of implementation," said Adelia Kamila, HR Formalities PTFI.

The team from the Central Jakarta Class I Immigration Office provides responsive service, assists applicants with their needs, and provides the necessary explanations and directions to ensure a smooth passport  process.

The collaboration between HR Formalities, Office Services Jakarta, MIS, and Corporate Communication played an important role in the success of this event. This collaboration includes providing a stable venue and internet network infrastructure to enable the event to run successfully and provide the best service to applicants. This activity is also planned to be carried out also in Tembagapura and Kuala Kencana.

The Eazy Passport program has been very positively received by applicants who have been greatly helped by the efficient and fast process of obtaining a passport for their international travel needs. Applicants' responses show how useful the program has been in easing travel requirements for employees and their families.
