Freeport Celebrates International Women’s Day

This International Women’s Day, the company celebrates the women around the world whose talent, expertise and commitment are helping position the company for continued success.

First held in 1911, International Women’s Day is a global day to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. This year’s theme #EmbraceEquity is intended to encourage important conversations on “Why equal opportunities aren’t enough” and “Why equal isn’t always fair.”
