During these three weeks, students received training in discipline, national defense, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and strengthening teamwork. Lastly, the participants underwent spiritual character building training.
After completing the entire training program, PSHCD participants return to the job site to continue the OJT (on the job training) program to strengthen skill aspects in their respective fields of expertise in their respective fields or divisions.
