Gresik, February 13, 2025 – PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) received the Best 1 Award in the Category of Highest Investment Realization Contributor in 2024 (Foreign Investment) at the Public Service Celebration event held at the Atrium Gress Mall, Gresik on February 12-14, 2025.

The award was given directly by the Deputy Regent of Gresik, Aminatun Habibah to the Vice President & Controller of PT Freeport Indonesia Asiroha Situmorang. Aminatun Habibah said that this activity was a series of celebrations for the 51st Anniversary of the Gresik Regency Government and the 538th Anniversary of Gresik Regency, which was attended by various stakeholders, including business actors, government agencies, and the general public.

PT Freeport Indonesia's participation in the Gebyar Pelayanan Publik exhibition can not only strengthen relations with local governments, but also present superior products from its fostered partners, namely Amungme Coffee.

This specialty coffee from the Papua Mountains is one of the products that attracts the attention of visitors, reflecting PTFI's commitment to supporting the development of the local economy and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
