In this collaborative discussion, PTFI management engaged directly with employees, posing important questions such as, “What has gone wrong?” and “What actions can we take to protect ourselves and each other?” These questions created valuable exchanges that addressed current safety concerns and possible solutions to prevent future incidents.

The open dialogue reminded employees that maintaining a safe work environment is a collective responsibility. By fostering such interactions, the Company aims to assure that every team member feels empowered to contribute to workplace safety.
