PTFI Successfully Hosted the 2023 Travel Fair

The six-day-long Freeport Travel Fair was started on October 18, at three different locations in PTFI Jobsite Area, Ridgecamp Superblock 3rd Floor, Tembagapura Shopping Family Atrium and Kuala Kencana Shopping Family Atrium.
HR Travel and QoL - Manpower Management through Antavaya successfully hosted 2023 Freeport Travel Fair through Antavaya with over 400 customers attracted at the event.
This year Freeport Travel Fair has the main objective to create great enthusiasm among employees and community welcoming holiday season.
Rustiarso Rianto, Senior Vice President Operations Maintenance – PTFI was present at the opening of 2023 Freeport Travel Fair at Superblock 3rd Floor, Ridgecamp.
Rustiarso assumed that everyday work pressures can result in elevated levels of the stress. In order to manage that, making sure employees regularly take time off is key to creating a more sustainable workplace.
“While the mental and physical benefits of vacation have been frequently touted what is less commonly discussed is how vacation can impact us more sustainable workplace with healthier, happier employees.” Rustiarso said.
The 2023 Freeport Travel Fair is even more lively with various door prizes that have been distributed to employees and community. A grand prize return flight tickets to Melbourne was won by Verawati Samber – International SOS.
Claus Wamafma, Director EVP Sustainable Development – PTFI was present at the closing of 2023 Freeport Travel Fair at Kuala Kencana Shopping Family Atrium.
Claus said that after the COVID-19 turned the world upside down and everything has been impacted including how pandemic has led to a collapse in domestic and international travel.
“The 2023 Freeport Travel Fair could be employees' opportunity to take their accrued untaken holiday and is good to improve their well-being.” Claus added.
